This is the third card that we will be working on during my Technique Classes this month. This is a "Ruffled Scalloped Edge". What a cute way to accent a sentiment. This card would be cute for a child but even an adult would smile when they would receive it. The stamp set used for this card is titled "FANG-TASTIC" and can be found in the Holiday Mini.
